- Academic records demonstrating significant analytical or quantitative experience, typically from a numerate discipline (e.g., mathematics, science, economics, business, or engineering)
  
- Highly analytical, credible, and charismatic profile with strong presentation skills and a professional demeanor
  
- Previous relevant experience (e.g., through an internship or similar analytical/research role) where knowledge and skills were successfully applied
  
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
- Fluency in English (additional languages desirable)
  
- Highly motivated self-starter and strong team player
