This role provides high-quality and timely support to the Asia Pacific regional People team. ## Deliverables and Accountabilities - **Coordination & administrative support:** Provide coordination and administrative support for regional People team initiatives, projects, and programs. - **Tracking & reporting:** Contribute to accurate and timely tracking, monitoring, and reporting as required. - **Learning & development:** Assist in the administration of learning and development initiatives, leadership programs, and employee engagement activities. - **Projects:** Support projects that enable the ASPAC People team to deliver learning and engagement opportunities. - **Regional People agenda:** Contribute to the broader regional People agenda as appropriate, supporting a seamless and consistent people experience. - **Operations support:** Support PPC leadership with management reporting and related operational activities. - **Continuous improvement:** Review and monitor People operational processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and greater efficiency. - **Additional priorities:** Support additional People team priorities and projects as assigned. - Provide coordination and administrative support for Heads of People (HOP) and Heads of Learning (HOL) calls, including scheduling, communications, minute taking, and follow-up actions. ## Skills and Experience - Highly developed stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. - Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of tools, including advanced PowerPoint and intermediate Excel skills. - Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership audiences. - Demonstrated project management skills. - Proven ability to prioritize and manage competing demands, ensuring key tasks are completed in a timely manner. - Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team, build relationships across the firm, and provide administrative support as needed. - A proven team player who uses initiative to help the team deliver quality for its stakeholders. ## Applying to this role This Coordinator - Regional People, Performance and Culture role at KPMG runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
