As an **early-in-career Partner Solution Architect (PSA)**, you will work closely with Microsoft partners to design, validate, and scale innovative cloud and AI solutions that help customers achieve their business goals. As a **Partner Solution Architect**, you will gather partner insights and use them to design solution architectures. You will act as a trusted technical advisor—supporting solution design, readiness, and adoption of new Microsoft technologies—and use your knowledge of Microsoft products, services, and value propositions in partner conversations to identify opportunities to drive partner growth and customer success. At Microsoft, we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals—building a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond. ## Responsibilities - Act as the voice of the customer (VOC)/partner by learning to identify and share feedback on technical capabilities, blockers, and insights with internal teams. - Demonstrate basic technical concepts and validate design solutions through design collaboration sessions with customers/partners; support customer skilling needs by participating in technical delivery discussions with internal and external stakeholders to transfer knowledge and contribute to customer readiness. - With supervision, identify issues and advise customers/partners to operate and optimize performance in accordance with Microsoft best practices. Apply methodology and governance, as directed, to minimize business and technical risks and adhere to quality assurance while ensuring excellence in contributions to design and/or delivery of solutions. - Learn about Microsoft Cloud products, services, and value propositions. Support businesses by sharing learnings as appropriate, assess customer/partner needs, and gather information that helps identify growth opportunities. - Learn to identify and communicate areas where intellectual property (IP) needs refreshing or where gaps exist, and contribute to IP development with guidance/supervision. - Leverage development opportunities (e.g., mentorships, role-based resources, training courses, and internal events such as Ready, Build, Ignite) to learn new technologies or services. - Embody Microsoft’s culture and values. ## Qualifications ### Required Qualifications - Legally authorized to work in the location where this role is based (citizenship or a valid visa/work permit). - Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field AND 1+ year(s) of work or equivalent experience involving cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting. ### Preferred Qualifications - Technical certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications). ## Compensation (Typical Base Pay Ranges) - **United Kingdom:** £36,600.00 - £63,000.00 per year.
