Spend an unforgettable summer at Invesco alongside a select group of driven students. Our 9-week Summer Internship Program kicks off in June 2027 and offers the chance to dive into the fast-paced world of investments, learn from industry professionals, and build connections that will last a lifetime. In this internship, you’ll gain hands-on experience, one-on-one mentorship, and insight into what it’s really like to work at a global investment firm. As part of a Summer Internship Program cohort, you’ll take part in initiatives throughout the summer, including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. You’ll work side-by-side with talented teams to learn about the business. If you crush your internship, you could be eligible for a full-time offer to join the Early Career Program after graduation. ## What you will do The IFE COO Office is the operating and enabling team behind Invesco Fundamental Equities, responsible for $310bn AUM. We don’t pick stocks or run portfolios; we focus on everything else that keeps the platform running and moving forward. This spans six areas: people and talent, technology and data, trading and front-office operations, product and commercialization, regulatory and compliance, and strategy and planning. Think of this team as the connective tissue between the investment teams, the CIOs, and the rest of the firm. As part of the team, you will work with: - Operations and governance: identify solutions to operational problems, understand the details, and support meetings and follow-ups for solutions. - Technology and AI: hands-on with Copilot and agentic tooling to identify, create, and test new opportunities. - Strategy and planning support: conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis that feed the IFE strategy, as well as the firm. - People and talent: support workstreams related to people matters on the platform. - MI and reporting: help assemble the platform scorecard, track initiatives, and prepare management and board materials. ## What you will get - **Launchpad for your career**: build real skills and set yourself up for a future at Invesco (and beyond). - **Your own mentor**: be paired with a mentor who supports you throughout the summer. - **Intern community**: collaborate with fellow interns and build relationships in and out of the office. - **Pathway to future opportunities**: successful completion of the internship may make you eligible for a full-time offer to join the Early Career Program after graduation. - **Real experience, real impact**: work on meaningful projects and learn from the team. ## Minimum Qualifications - Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and be a rising junior graduating by summer of 2028 - Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale - All majors are welcomed, with emphasis on Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a Business-related field - Demonstrated interest in investments - Ability to work in Invesco’s New York office - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis (no employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program).
