The Fund Finance Capital Markets team specifically works on capital markets transactions, including CFOs, rated feeders, GP financings, GP Stakes financings, and other fund finance transactions syndicated to the market. ## Key Responsibilities - Support the origination, structuring, and placement of fund finance capital markets transactions. - Diligence fund strategies, GP structures, LP portfolios, and investor bases. - Build financial models, prepare investor marketing materials, and support internal committee processes. - Assist with capital markets execution, rating agency processes, and syndication activities. - Coordinate with clients, legal counsel, credit risk, and internal stakeholders throughout transaction execution. - Partner with other GS Fund Finance / Classic FIG teams and their respective offerings (NAV, Subline, ABL, CLO, GP advisory) to optimize financing strategies with clients. ## Qualifications & Requirements - Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in fund finance, investment banking, private credit, or structured finance. - Technical skills: Strong financial modeling, analytical, and communication skills. - Education: Bachelor’s degree required. ## Required Licensing - SIE, Series 7, Series 63 and/or Series 79 (or obtained within four months of joining). ## Salary Range The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $150,000-$225,000.
