## Sales Development Representative (SDR) — UK

Epidemic Sound is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to expand its footprint across the UK market. In this role, you will systematically uncover, develop, and qualify high-value business opportunities within the enterprise segment.

By driving outbound sales pipeline growth and establishing first contact with strategic organizations, you directly support regional revenue generation and help scale the market. You will join a highly motivated, fast-paced sales team based in the London office and collaborate closely with Account Executives, Sales leadership, Customer Success Managers, and cross-functional teams to identify prospective clients and optimize strategic target account outreach.

## Your Key Responsibilities

  
- Proactively research, identify, and map key decision-makers within prospective enterprise target accounts.
  
- Conduct strategic outbound multi-channel prospecting via cold calling, personalized emailing, and professional networking platforms.
  
- Qualify inbound sales leads and manage outbound discovery conversations to schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
  
- Collaborate with sales leadership and Account Executives to build tailored regional messaging strategies and optimize pipeline generation.

## Requirements

  
- 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or high-volume outbound commercial roles, preferably in tech, SaaS, or media.
  
- Proven track record of hitting outreach and pipeline qualification targets using modern sales technology stacks.
  
- Demonstrated experience working in an AI-native or AI-forward environment, using AI models and tools to automate prospecting workflows and optimize daily outreach.
  
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate cold outreach and articulate a consultative value proposition.
  
- Highly resilient, organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, target-driven team environment.
  
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or dedicated prospecting tools and platforms is a plus.
