About the Binance Accelerator Program

The Binance Accelerator Program (BAP) is a 3–6 month internship program designed for early career talent to gain firsthand experience in the rapidly expanding digital assets space. The program provides opportunities to develop skills at Binance and understand what it’s like to work at the world’s leading blockchain ecosystem. As part of the internship, there will also be opportunities for networking and professional development to expand your network and build transferable skills.

Product Data Analyst Intern

Binance is seeking a motivated Product Data Analyst Intern to join the Product DA team. You will work alongside senior analysts on real product analytics projects, including conversion funnel analysis, A/B experiment evaluation, and dashboard building. This is a hands-on role that provides exposure to product strategy, experiment-driven decision making, and large-scale data infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and analyzing user conversion funnels; identify drop-off points and improvement opportunities.
• Support A/B experiment evaluation by pulling experiment data, validating cohort allocation (sanity checks), calculating uplift metrics, and summarizing results.
• Build and maintain dashboards for key product metrics (CTR, conversion rate, UV/PV).
• Respond to product team ad-hoc data requests, including user segmentation, feature adoption tracking, and campaign performance analysis.
• Write and maintain SQL queries for scheduled data pipelines; assist in data quality monitoring.
• Translate data findings into clear summaries and visualizations for product teams.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or related field).
• Internship experience in product analytics or related data analysis roles is preferred.
• Natural curiosity to identify, investigate, and explain trends and patterns in data.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Understanding of A/B testing fundamentals (hypothesis testing, p-value, confidence intervals).
• Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Fast learner with curiosity about product strategy and user behavior.
• Competency in one or more of the following:
  • SQL (able to write complex queries with CTEs, window functions, and subqueries)
  • Programming (Python/R for data manipulation)
  • A data visualization tool (e.g., DataWind, Tableau, Power BI)

Nice to Have

• Experience with event tracking/behavioral analytics (Sensors, Mixpanel, GA).
• Familiarity with Airflow or other data scheduling tools.
• Interest in the crypto/fintech industry.
• Prior experience with large-scale data (Hive/Spark environment).
