## Customer Technical Support – Onsite (New York City)

**THE WORK:** Explore new opportunities to contribute actively and independently while developing expertise in customer technical support. You will participate in discussions and collaborate to deliver thoughtful solutions to work-related challenges, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

## Responsibilities

  
- Provide technical support to resolve customer information technology requests and issues.
  
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of customer cases.
  
- Log requests and issues accurately and follow defined procedures to achieve resolution.
  
- Monitor systems and trends to proactively prevent incidents, problems, and errors.
  
- Schedule, track, and facilitate acceptance of changes to production environments.

**Work Location:** Onsite at the company’s New York City office.

## What You Will Need

  
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer technical support–related skills.
  
- Master proficiency in Customer Technical Support.
  
- Expert proficiency in Customer Satisfaction.
  
- High School Diploma or GED.

## Compensation and Benefits

**Compensation:** Compensation varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience. For New York, the hourly salary range is **$24.42 to $63.13**.
