## Legal & Compliance Department – COO Office Intern

Bank of China, established in 1912, is one of the largest banks in the world with over $3 trillion in assets and a footprint across more than 60 countries and regions.

## Overview

Assist with resource management, staffing administration, third-party vendor management, reporting, and other related tasks.

## Responsibilities

  
- **Resources management:** fixed assets management, including purchase, write-off, replacement, annual checks, relocation, and related activities.
  
- **Staffing administration:** attendance review, job description preparation, and support for performance evaluation tasks.
  
- **ID/access administration:** system access/ID management, record retention, subscriptions, and related duties.
  
- **Daily operations:** invoice payment, expenditure tracking, RFIs, and event support.
  
- **Third-party vendor management:** coordinate and facilitate vendor onboarding, exit, ongoing monitoring, and other related requests.
  
- **Reporting:** assist in preparing reports as needed and participate in special projects and other assigned duties.
  
- **Other:** ad hoc projects to support cross-department communication and collaboration.

## Qualifications

  
- Excellent technical skills, specifically in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  
- Strong attention to detail.
  
- Strong writing skills.
  
- Bilingual preferred (English and Mandarin).

## Pay Range

Actual salary is commensurate with the candidate’s relevant years of experience, skillset, education, and other qualifications.

**USD $19.00 - USD $19.00 /Hr.**
