We’d love to hear from you. ## Technology Internship ING Americas Tech is the support backbone and catalyst for new and innovative solutions that drive growth for internal and external customers. The team brings technical expertise and business knowledge together to support a wide range of products across media and telecoms (TMT), utilities power and renewables, natural resources, food and agribusiness, real estate and infrastructure, and related financial products such as industry lending, corporate finance, debt capital, commodity and export financing, and sustainable finance. ING is seeking dynamic and eager interns for departments within ING New York Technology. ## Position Focus: Innovation You will work in the dynamic and challenging environment of ING Americas Wholesale Tech. The Wholesale market is rapidly digitizing and adopting new Wholesale-market-specific technologies. You will work with emerging technologies, market trends, innovations, and opportunities, while implementing and contributing to global offerings. You will collaborate with internal and external resources to implement new technology that improves business efficiency. ## Responsibilities - Have a strong passion for new technology and innovation. - Bring a background or interest in development and automation technology (Python, Java, RPA). - Bring a background or interest in web design. - Have experience with automation technology (Power Automate and Automation Anywhere) and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate). - Python experience, including pytest and pytest-bdd, is a plus. ## Program Details - **Hourly Rate:** $35/hour - **Status:** Full-time; Paid (Seasonal) - **Start Date:** June 2027 (10-week summer internship) ## International Talent Program (ITP) Transition If offered a full-time opportunity following the internship, this role will transition into ING’s International Talent Program (ITP). The ITP is an 18-month global traineeship designed to accelerate your development and broaden your exposure across the organization. Throughout the program, you’ll complete three structured rotations in different business areas—two in NYC and one abroad—building a wide-ranging skill set and a strong internal network.
