The individual ensures seamless operations across multiple time zones, facilitates communication between internal and external stakeholders, and provides administrative and organizational support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and intense environment. ## Key Responsibilities ### Calendar Support and Scheduling - Manage and coordinate buy-side and sell-side interactions, expert network calls, post-earnings call-backs, and conference logistics. - Ensure detailed scheduling and alignment across multiple time zones. ### Earnings - Monitor and track relevant company earnings calls and releases. - Organize post-earnings calls with sell-side analysts and pull transcripts. - Assist with scheduling all management post-earnings call-backs and coordinate with relevant investment staff. ### Corporate Access - Track and manage corporate access requests. - Maintain detailed records of upcoming events. - Organize logistics for the investment team to attend conferences, NDRs (non-deal roadshows), investor days, bus tours, and presentations. ### Travel Coordination & Expenses - Arrange and oversee domestic and international travel. - Handle expense submissions and support the team with reimbursements as needed. ### Office Support - Provide front desk assistance and general office support as needed to ensure smooth daily operations. ## Key Qualifications & Attributes ### Skills and Attributes - Thrive in a culture of rigor, high standards, and tenacity. - Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Pivot between competing priorities and meet deadlines with ease. - Willingness to learn new software systems and processes. - Desire to improve, grow, and develop professionally. - Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement. ### Education - Bachelor’s degree. ## Compensation For NY, CA, and IL-based applicants, the starting base pay range for this role is between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000 annually. Actual base pay depends on factors including relevant experience, business needs, and market demands.
