## Job Overview

We’re hiring immediately at Avis Budget Group for airport locations. If you enjoy working outdoors and helping customers complete their experience on a positive note, we’d like to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll be a key part of the return process—helping customers move smoothly through their drop-off while ensuring vehicles are accurately checked in and ready for the next rental.

## What You’ll Do

  
- Assist customers as they return rental vehicles
  
- Greet customers and secure keys
  
- Record mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition
  
- Check vehicles into the computer system
  
- Ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurately
  
- Provide professional, friendly customer service

## What We’re Looking For

  
- Valid Driver’s License
  
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
  
- Effective verbal communication skills
  
- Enjoy working with customers and providing great service
  
- Willingness to work outdoors
  
- Flexibility to work all shifts
  
- Ability to stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
  
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
  
- Regular, on-site presence is required; the role cannot be performed remotely
  
- 6 months retail or customer service experience is a bonus

## Compensation

  
- Minimum Hourly Rate: $17.00
  
- Maximum Hourly Rate: $17.00
  
- Shift premium may apply
