The team scales proven marketing strategies across the Creator community, covering the full funnel of attracting, retaining, and educating creators. By leveraging existing and new communication mechanisms, segmentation, and data, the team engages and educates Creators, collects Voice of the Creator feedback, and translates learnings to product partners. The team empowers and inspires creators with the content, education, and support they need to succeed across all stages of the marketing funnel. ## Role Summary This role will own the curation and editorial strategy for the Creator Marketing team, inspiring creators and customers with trend-driven, elevated product curation and education materials. You will build and drive the creator email marketing strategy, guide creators each week with new content inspiration, and share the latest retail and program information to help increase their earnings. You will serve as the trend expert by owning the editorial strategy for your email marketing and surfacing regular trend updates to creators and internal teams—also influencing curations in onsite shopping experiences. You will extend your trend and curation work to organic social by generating content and maintaining a trend-forward calendar to further inspire creators via this channel. The role partners across stakeholders in business development, analytics, and product, as well as cross-organization stakeholders in outbound and retail, to deliver best-in-class marketing experiences. ## Key Job Responsibilities - Develop and drive Creator-facing marketing strategies to market key retail priorities, seasonal curations, new launches, and program updates. - Determine the editorial strategy for weekly marketing emails; build, deploy, and target campaigns based on business priorities. - Build and refine the trending workstream, influencing other teams to curate based on creator trends and expertise. - Coordinate an organic social content calendar, bringing elevated educational and inspirational content to creators with a focus on trends. - Contribute to regular business reviews and updates, including monthly marketing updates and annual planning documents. - Work closely with retail partner teams to bring top launches to life and influence creators to lean in and generate content. ## Basic Qualifications - Experience using Excel and other business analytics tools. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. - 1+ year of experience in a marketing role. ## Preferred Qualifications - Experience developing successful marketing or communications campaigns. - Experience creating processes and improving tools that have measurably improved productivity, quality, or advertiser experience. - Experience in influencer and/or affiliate marketing. - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices. - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences. ## Compensation USA, NY, New York — $84,900.00 - $148,500.00 USD annually. ## Applying to this role This Editorial Coordinator, Creators role at Amazon runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
