## Responsibilities

  
- Physically receive incoming shipments.
  
- Check physical quantities, part numbers per the description on incoming shipping documents, and the general condition of cargo during receiving.
  
- Label and tag individual parts or cargo as and when required.
  
- Manage quarantine, including highlighting and taking photos of any discrepancy or anomaly detected.
  
- Collect packaging materials (e.g., protective cushioning material or customized boxes) from customer/supplier incoming shipments.
  
- Perform final packing and arrange shipment booking for export/shipment to customers/sub-contractors.
  
- Prepare shipping documents, including DG where applicable.
  
- Monitor and arrange calibration and servicing for essential equipment (e.g., weighing scales and material handling equipment, where applicable).

## Requirements

  
- Minimum O-levels.
  
- Experience in a warehouse environment.
  
- Basic computer skills (e.g., Internet surfing, email).

## Other Information

  
- Working Location: CEVA Logistics, 5 Changi South Lane
  
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm
