## Associate Proposition Sales Specialist (Wealth Management)

As a subject matter expert to pre-sales and pursuit activities, the Associate Proposition Sales Specialist role focuses on all sales (new, cross-sells, up-sells) for our Wealth Management business within a given territory. You will lead on deals aligned to specific products and customer types, serve accounts within a defined territory, and work closely with internal stakeholders and Senior Regional Proposition Sellers to proactively drive gross sales and revenue.

## Role Responsibilities

  
- Structure, negotiate, and close deals
  
- Proactively identify pipeline opportunities
  
- Develop a sales strategy for your territory
  
- Deliver customer demonstrations on our suite of Wealth Solutions

## Qualifications and Experience Required

  
- Strong Wealth Management understanding, including: (a) expert understanding of financial markets; (b) strong understanding of customers’ business model workflow
  
- World-class selling skills (identify, develop, and articulate proposition/consultative selling)
  
- Creative thinking and strong sales ideation skills
  
- Exceptional presentation skills (verbal and written)
  
- Strong interpersonal skills
  
- Ability to organize and execute a sales plan
  
- 1 to 2 years of industry, sales, or market experience
  
- Proven track record in a quota-bearing sales environment

## Compensation/Benefits

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is **$102,000 - $170,000**.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for the Variable Incentive Compensation plan. Target variable compensation will be commensurate with the posted career stage, and individual salary will be reflective of job-related knowledge, skills, and equivalent experience.
