You will serve as a primary point of contact for clients with regional treasury centers based in Singapore, ensuring a high standard of quality and responsiveness through end-to-end account management and escalation support across cash management and liquidity products. Working closely with sales, product, implementation, and operations teams, you will identify opportunities to improve the client experience and drive operational efficiency.
