Cooperate with and support risk control duties as part of the department’s internal compliance function, including reconciliation for different investment products. Support various ad-hoc assignments, including preparation of weekly and monthly statistics reports. ## Responsibilities - Prepare and check forms to perform statistical data maintenance and transactions processing. - Ensure control and monitoring of customers’ wealth financing positions with completion of approval processes. - Ensure all daily controls and processing are signed off, including cash and stock reconciliation breaks, and ensure key metrics are produced. - Prepare reports for Risk Surveillance of Wealth Financing in response to market upheaval. - Responsible for daily reconciliation of statements and reports. - Participate in system enhancement and process improvement projects. - Prepare monthly statistics reports for management. - Support section managers in implementing internal control procedures and suggesting effective controls in daily operations. - Handle disclosure requests from listed companies and regulatory authorities. - Handle branch enquiries and follow up. - Attend system training and assist with UAT projects. ## Requirements - Associate Degree or above. - Product knowledge of equities and fixed income. - Good knowledge of PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - At least 1–2 years of working experience in financial institutions. ## What We Offer Competitive base salary, a suite of holistic and flexible benefits, community initiatives, industry-leading learning and professional development opportunities, and strong support for your wellbeing, growth, and aspirations. ## Applying to this role This Manager / Assistant Manager, Data Processing & Reporting role at OCBC runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
