You can thrive in a flexible, ever-changing environment, and you stay open to new influences and inspiration. You will work with a deeply cross-functional team and help inspire a team of vendor partners by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions that generate multiple concepts supporting major media forms. You will be comfortable rolling up your sleeves—designing, mocking, writing, prototyping, and showing, not telling. You will inspire and lead by example by pursuing breakthrough creative work consistent with the Google Marketing brand, and you will take and provide clear direction and creative feedback that moves work forward. The goal is to demonstrate how Google’s products solve the world’s problems, from everyday to epic.
