We strive to be commercial and innovative, focused on deeply understanding the nuances of global and business unit dynamics and seeking unconventional ways of approaching our relationships with our people. ## What You’ll Do - Support the day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, disability, life insurance, and wellness programs for employees - Respond to employee questions about benefits, plan options, enrollment steps, and general policy information - Manage benefits enrollment, employee eligibility, status changes, and data updates in HR systems - Partner with payroll, HR operations, benefits vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve employee issues and maintain accurate data - Maintain benefits records, plan documents, employee communications, and internal resources that support a consistent employee experience - Assist with audits, reporting, invoice reconciliation, and enrollment data reviews to support accurate benefits administration - Support annual open enrollment through communications, system testing, employee education, and post-enrollment review - Track and help administer employee leaves of absence in coordination with internal teams and benefits vendors - Monitor benefits processes for alignment with applicable federal, state, and local regulations - Identify opportunities to improve benefits processes, documentation, and employee support ## What’s Required - 0–2 years of experience in human resources, benefits, payroll, customer service, or administrative support - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university - Strong interest in employee benefits, total rewards, or HR operations - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential employee information with discretion - Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and HR systems to support accurate benefits administration - Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Excellent communication and customer service skills when responding to employee questions and explaining benefits information - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a detail-oriented environment - Ability to work collaboratively with team members, internal stakeholders, and benefits vendors - Commitment to the highest ethical standards ## We Take Care of Our People We invest in our people, their careers, their health, and their well-being. The annual base salary range for this role is $90,000–$105,000 (USD), which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package.
