## Job Description

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development, and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

The intern will be responsible for:

  
- Assisting in real estate market research.
  
- Assisting in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, including financial analysis.
  
- Assisting experienced team members in preparing internal approval memos and other documentation.

## Learning Outcomes

  
- Acquire knowledge of real estate markets.
  
- Understand key factors in evaluating real estate investments.
  
- Develop analytical skills and financial modeling skills.

## Job Requirements

  
- A highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn about real estate investment.
  
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  
- A meticulous and detail-oriented approach to work.
  
- Basic understanding of financial modeling and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
