This forum helps students transition from campus to the corporate environment with confidence. Through interactive programming, skill-building sessions, and networking opportunities, selected students will gain insights into leadership, career development, and Bank of America’s culture—preparing them for the Summer 2028 internship recruitment process. Participants will join curated discussions with business representatives and will have the opportunity to continue building professional connections through a post-forum engagement program. With a focus on our client-facing Global Banking and Markets businesses, participants will learn how these teams deliver financial solutions to individuals, institutions, and companies of all sizes. Participating businesses include: - **Global Corporate & Investment Banking:** Focuses on building long-term relationships with more than 3,000 large U.S. and multinational corporations, financial institutions, and financial sponsors. Provides advisory expertise, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate banking, treasury, debt, and equity product expertise to deliver integrated financial solutions. - **Global Markets:** Offers sales and trading services, including research, to institutional clients across fixed-income, credit, currency, commodity, and equity businesses. Includes product coverage of securities and derivative products in both the primary and secondary markets. ## Selection Process Applicants chosen for consideration will be invited to: - Complete a skills assessment - Complete a program preference survey - Complete a pre-recorded video submission via HireVue Selected students will participate in this multi-day experience in New York City from November 4–6, 2026.
