## What this job involves

The Corrigo Coordinator will support JLL’s facility management team by leveraging the Corrigo platform to streamline work order management, vendor coordination, and data-driven decision-making. This role ensures efficient operations across client portfolios, maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance.

## Key Responsibilities

  
- Process, assign, and track facility-related work orders in Corrigo, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to SLAs.
  
- Validate data accuracy and completeness in the system, updating statuses and closing tickets.
  
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to schedule repairs, preventive maintenance, and emergency services.
  
- Monitor vendor performance, escalate issues, and maintain documentation for audits and reporting.
  
- Ensure all activities align with JLL’s safety standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
  
- Audit work orders and invoices for accuracy, resolving discrepancies with vendors or finance teams.
  
- Support Corrigo platform setup, user access management, and training for new team members.
  
- Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot technical issues and implement system updates.

## Qualifications

  
- Diploma or equivalent; associate’s/bachelor’s degree in facility management or related field preferred.
  
- 1–3 years in facility management, work order coordination, or similar role; familiarity with Corrigo or similar tools.
  
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook) and data analysis tools.
  
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) for vendor and stakeholder engagement.
  
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
