## Role details

## Job Responsibilities

  
- Work closely with the supervisor to develop a business portfolio through loan acquisitions.
  
- Generate new leads and prospects through marketing calls, sales activities, and strategic tie-ups.
  
- Increase wallet share by providing service and understanding customers’ needs.
  
- Underwrite credit risk by identifying risk areas and mitigating factors.
  
- Ensure proper compliance with bank policies and processes.

## Requirements

  
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
  
- Preferably 1 year of SME banking experience.
  
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  
- Focused and goal-oriented.
