## Collections Executive

YouLend is looking for a results-oriented Collections Executive with native or near-native German fluency to join our multi-geo Collections and Recoveries team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our German portfolio and will also service the UK sector. You will ensure timely payments while maintaining positive, professional relationships.

## Responsibilities

  
- Apply collections and recoveries understanding, including customer contact strategy awareness and account management experience.
  
- Provide first-class service in resolving any non-paying or under-paying merchants.
  
- Manage cases for high-value accounts in arrears, across varying and unique circumstances.
  
- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls and create ad hoc letter and email content with care, awareness, and accuracy.
  
- Build positive relationships with merchants to validate their circumstances and achieve a positive outcome for both YouLend and the merchant.
  
- Negotiate, implement, and execute positive solutions aligned to merchants’ circumstances while balancing the best interests of the business.
  
- Accurately input data across multiple systems.
  
- Contribute as a team player in a team-oriented environment.

## Qualifications

  
- Experience within the finance industry is advantageous.
