## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Perform timely and accurate documentary checks for trade finance transactions within agreed service levels.
  
- Review customer submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with trade rules and bank requirements.
  
- Conduct sanctions and compliance screening in accordance with regulatory and bank policies.
  
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management standards.
  
- Liaise with customers and stakeholders to provide transaction updates and resolve trade-related queries.
  
- Escalate discrepancies, exceptions, and operational risks promptly.

## Requirements

  
- Degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance, Business, or a related discipline.
  
- Knowledge of UCP 600, ISBP, and URC.
  
- 1–3 years of Trade Finance Operations experience covering import and export products.
  
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
  
- Team player who is resilient, adaptable, and customer-focused.
