## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Perform documentation checks and ensure facility and collateral documents comply with approved terms in credit memos.
  
- Conduct pre-activation checks to confirm conditions precedent are met, collateral is in place, and requirements align with internal policies, procedures, and guidelines prior to credit facility activation.
  
- Follow up with the law firm on security documents registration and perfection.
  
- Maintain and update systems to support credit facility activation and revisions.
  
- Monitor outstanding documents, covenants, re-valuations, and insurance renewals for collateral.
  
- Prepare and generate escalation reports on a timely basis.
  
- Process cancellation of credit facilities and redemption of mortgages.
  
- Assist with automation and digitalization initiatives by working closely with project teams to support specification, UAT, system conversion, and implementation activities.
  
- Perform administrative tasks as directed by the supervisor from time to time.

## Requirements

  
- University degree in Business, Accountancy, or Banking & Finance.
  
- 1–2 years of working experience.
  
- Knowledge of banking and financial services in Consumer/Wealth Management banking is an advantage.
  
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
  
- Analytical and meticulous with strong attention to detail.
  
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks independently and effectively under pressure.
  
- Positive attitude and a team player.
