The overall objective of this role is to foster relationships with customers to build loyalty and to help increase sales to individual consumer clients. ## Responsibilities - Assist in basic account opening for existing customers. - Provide service delivery to internal and external customers to resolve account service issues. - Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures. - Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate. - Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. - Support sales and service activities within the branch by participating in seminars, micromarketing events, promotional campaigns, product initiatives, and related activities. - Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures, to ensure the safety and security of customer and bank assets. - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, demonstrating consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citi, its clients, and assets by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations; adhering to policy; applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices; and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency. ## Qualifications - 1–3 years of relevant experience. - Previous retail banking or similar experience required. - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. ## Education - High school diploma or equivalent. ## Job Details - Job Family Group: Consumer Sales - Job Family: Branch Sales - Time Type: Part time - Primary Location: Queens, New York, United States - Anticipated Posting Close Date: Aug 31, 2026 ## Compensation **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $50,030.00 - $65,270.00 Salary shown is for full-time positions and will be prorated for part-time hires based on number of hours worked. **The hourly rate corresponding to the annual range is:** $24.05 - $31.37 ## Benefits (Summary) In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
