Posted 2026-07-31; applications close 2026-09-29. **Apply**: https://careers.axa.com/careers-home/jobs/24914 Posted 5d ago. ## Role details ## Responsibilities - Assist the team head to develop and deliver training programs. - Assist in the design and revamp of training programs and materials to align with AXA culture and business goals. - Design and develop digital training materials (e-learning, video shooting, etc.). - Participate in assigned projects to support business results. - Prepare trainer guides to ensure standardized course delivery, including clearly defined learning points, methodology, and linkage to all teaching materials and supporting documents; maintain a materials checklist. - Support training administration and logistics, including training room setup, equipment maintenance, training material preparation, and inventory control. - Design, develop, and deliver in-house CPD accreditation programs; recommend, review, and maintain external CPD programs. - Update training materials. - Assist the team head in organizing training events to strengthen sales knowledge and skills. - Monitor and track training effectiveness. ## Qualifications - University degree in any discipline. - FLMI and/or CII and insurance qualifications are preferred. - At least 1 year of experience in sales or agency training within the life insurance and/or general insurance industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong presentation and course-facilitation skills. - Ability to work under pressure and self-motivated. - Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. - Good PC skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. ## About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
