## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Compile recruitment-related statistical and progress reports; maintain databases to support management decisions.
  
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews between the company and agencies.
  
- Provide administrative support for recruitment events, campaigns, and job fairs.
  
- Handle agency enquiries in a timely manner.
  
- Replenish and manage recruitment materials and stock inventory.
  
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

## Qualifications

  
- University graduate, preferably in Business Administration, with study background in Insurance, Financial, or Marketing.
  
- Preferably 1+ year of experience in event administration or an insurance-related discipline.
  
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with web-based graphic design platforms; and AI prompt writing is preferable.
  
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
  
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and detail-oriented.
  
- Strong teamwork skills with a result-oriented mindset.
  
- Immediate availability is preferable.
