## Overview

We are seeking DC Operations Shift Technicians to support day-to-day data center operations. This role involves working a 12-hour rotational shift to ensure smooth operations, support incident management, and maintain high availability of data center facilities and systems.

## Responsibilities

  
- Perform daily data center operations, including ticket management, infrastructure monitoring, and remote hands support.
  
- Troubleshoot and manage incidents, escalating issues to internal teams or vendors when required.
  
- Conduct periodic health checks and report anomalies in data center facilities, IT, and network systems.
  
- Support equipment setup and relocation, including rack/stack, intra-rack cabling, power cycling, and related activities.
  
- Escort and supervise vendors, contractors, and customers during visits, deliveries, and installations.
  
- Execute planned and ad-hoc maintenance activities in compliance with SOPs/MOPs.
  
- Document operational activities, update SOPs/EOPs, and ensure accurate shift handover reporting.
  
- Participate in competency tests, audits, and operational reviews.
  
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, PPE requirements, and company code of conduct.

## Requirements

  
- Minimum ITE or Polytechnic Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
  
- 1–2 years of working experience in a data center environment.
  
- Familiarity with ticketing tools, monitoring systems, and incident escalation processes.
  
- Hands-on experience in cabling, power cycling, hot swap, tape management, and basic server/network troubleshooting.
  
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  
- Willingness to work 12-hour rotational shifts (day/night) and be on standby as required.

## Work Schedule

  
- Rotational shift work (Monday to Sunday).
  
- 1st Shift: 09:00–21:00.
  
- 2nd Shift: 21:00–09:00.
