Posted 2026-07-29; applications close 2026-09-27. **Apply**: https://hp.wd5.myworkdayjobs.com/ExternalCareerSite/job/Singapore-South-West-Singapore/College-Intern---Regional-Product-Ops-Testing-Lead--Digital-Go-To-Market-_3166738-2 Posted 2d ago. ## Role details ## College Intern - Regional Product Ops Testing Lead (Digital Go-To-Market) ## What You’ll Do - Enable testing involving one or more functions and project teams, working closely with PMs, SMEs, and all business stakeholders. - Coordinate with PMs to define the testing strategy, plans, schedules, critical testing deliverables, and the testing support required to complete project testing with high quality. - Support project activities across all phases—from requirements and design through development—to ensure coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and achievement of testing targets. - Support change management and ensure project benefits are delivered as outlined in project objectives. - Conduct regular core project testing review calls and provide testing dashboard reporting; communicate testing progress, escalations, and perform issue analysis to the project manager and team members. - Collaborate with the project manager, project team members (including PMs), cross-functional teams, and business teams to complete end-to-end testing within the defined scope, process, and plan. - Participate in change management and resolve issues encountered during testing to arrive at solutions, ensuring adherence to project objectives, roadmaps, and schedules. - Ensure the quality of project deliverables and that project benefits are delivered with quality. - Demonstrate strong leadership and excellent communication. - Apply strong business acumen, especially in eCommerce. ## Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. - Able to commit to a 6-month or longer full-time internship, starting in January 2027. - Some experience with project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project testing results. - Ability to create and manage project test schedules and resource allocation plans. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; mastery in English and a local language. - Strong change management and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage situations in changing environments. - Ability to effectively communicate project test plans, proposals, and results, and propose options. - Some experience coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources in testing; organized approach; good understanding of Agile methodology and version control. - Strong collaboration skills with peers, cross-functional teams, project teams, business users, managers, and internal/external service delivery partners. - Ability to step into different project roles when needed (a plus). ## Job Details - Job: Administration - Schedule: Full time - Shift: No shift premium (Singapore) - Travel: Not specified - Relocation: Not specified ## Applying to this role This College Intern - Regional Product Ops Testing Lead (Digital Go To Market) role at HP runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
