## Role details

## Overview

Our Trade Services (TRS), a member of the Singapore Administration Department (SGAD), is responsible for handling all trade-related transactions, including checking documentary credits/collections, invoice financing relating to goods and services, freight financing, and trust receipt.

## Job Responsibilities

  
- Perform printing and sorting of documents.
  
- Perform scanning and uploading of documents.
  
- Execute simple data entry into the trade processing system.
  
- Perform basic office administrative tasks (e.g., signature verification, filing).

## Job Requirements

  
- At least 1 year of working experience in banking operations or trade services administration.
  
- Bulk documents checking experience is an advantage.
  
- Accuracy, attention to detail, meticulousness, and the ability to multitask.
