## Role details

## Responsibilities

  
- Conduct daily vehicle health checks (roadworthiness, maintenance status, defects) and log findings for driver/subcontractor follow-up.
  
- Manage vehicle fines by tracking incoming fines (e.g., speeding, parking, ERP), verifying details against driver/vehicle records, and coordinating follow-up or disputes.
  
- Monitor Ops On-Time Rate (OTR) by tracking daily OTR across delivery/installation routes and flagging routes trending below target.
  
- Ensure job sequence compliance by confirming drivers follow assigned job/delivery sequence and logging any deviations.
  
- Follow up on delayed jobs by monitoring at-risk/delayed work, coordinating with drivers/dispatch, and tracking items through closure.
  
- Prepare daily reports covering vehicle health, fines, OTR, job sequence compliance, and delay follow-ups, including clear action items.
  
- Explore and pilot AI tools to improve monitoring and reporting efficiency (e.g., automating data pulls, flagging anomalies, drafting reports) and share recommendations with the team.

## Qualifications

  
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  
- Comfortable using spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); familiarity with dashboards or tracking tools is a plus.
  
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to follow up on outstanding items until they are closed.
  
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate daily with drivers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
