## Role details

## Team Assistant (Hong Kong) — Fixed Term (12 months)

Join Macquarie Asset Management as a Team Assistant in the Hong Kong office, supporting the Asia Real Estate team. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months, with potential conversion to a permanent position for the right candidate.

## What role will you play?

You will be responsible for:

  
- Managing calendars in a fast-paced environment
  
- Coordinating domestic and international travel, including roadshows
  
- Supporting event planning through venue sourcing and logistics coordination
  
- Liaising with internal teams on events such as town halls and conferences
  
- Assisting with filming and Workplace posts
  
- Facilitating internal communications
  
- Preparing reports and maintaining internal databases
  
- Acting as a key point of contact between executives and employees or clients
  
- Handling sensitive matters with a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
  
- Supporting ad hoc projects as required

## What you offer

  
- 1–2 years of relevant experience working within a fast-paced environment
  
- Strong organisational and communication skills, including good time management and the ability to multi-task
  
- Excellent attention to detail
  
- Adaptability and the ability to interact professionally and confidently with staff at all levels
  
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain and manage confidential information
