This position sits within the Investment Operations team and is responsible for maintaining high-quality portfolio records, processing corporate actions, managing investment data, and delivering accurate valuations and reporting to support exceptional client service. ## Key Responsibilities - Maintain and update client portfolio records, ensuring stock transactions, holdings, tax costs, and valuations are accurately recorded and processed efficiently. - Ensure all documentation is recorded correctly and maintained for audit and regulatory purposes. - Process corporate actions affecting investment holdings and client portfolios. - Maintain and update investment performance data. - Perform daily price validation checks to ensure the accuracy of market data feeds. - Support the ongoing integrity and accuracy of the stock database. - Coordinate and prepare probate valuations as required. - Contribute to delivering a high standard of operational support to investment managers and clients. ## Skills & Experience - Previous experience in an operations, administration, back-office, or financial services environment. - Experience maintaining accurate records and performing reconciliations. - Strong numerical and analytical skills. - Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. - Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering excellent service. - Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel. - Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively to deadlines. - Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn. ## Qualifications - GCSEs (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English. ## What We Offer - A collaborative, values-driven culture where integrity and client-first thinking are paramount. - The opportunity to shape a growing service within a respected and stable firm. ## About Raymond James Raymond James is a wealth management firm focused on providing trusted advice and tailored, personalised investment services.
