## Role details

**THE ROLE:**

The successful SDR candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities at the top of the funnel and working closely with Business Development Managers to create qualified sales opportunities. As the first line of communication with prospects, you will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads, and build new relationships to ensure the sales closer is set up for success. You will be a quick learner with strong communication skills and the ability to showcase the business’s unique offerings in a compelling way.

## Main Responsibilities

  
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and identifying new potential sales opportunities.
  
- Establish collaborative relationships with leaders across the global sales team.
  
- Manage and maintain a sales pipeline and identify best practices.
  
- Leverage outbound calling, video, LinkedIn, email, and other social channels to build a wide commercial network.
  
- Identify and attend trade shows internationally to maximize opportunities with prospects in the industry.
  
- Contribute to building and refining the outbound strategy to optimize sales efficiency.

## What You’ll Bring

  
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
  
- Ideally 1 year of B2B outbound sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead generation targets.
  
- High level of technical proficiency in Excel and Salesforce (or other CRM systems).
  
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  
- Strong desire and ability to progress within a sales organization.
  
- Highly organized and data-driven.
  
- Proficiency with LinkedIn.
  
- Openness to travel and attend business conferences and events.
  
- Desire to work within a close-knit team of like-minded sports fans and individuals.
