Whether you’re an undergrad or a PhD student, your contributions matter—and your experience here will be a launchpad for what comes next. ## Location Singapore ## Criteria Current students studying in universities based in Singapore. ## Internship Duration The internship will begin on either 5 January 2026 or 16 February 2026, and will end on 29 May 2026. There is an option to extend the internship, with the extended period concluding on a fixed date of 31 July 2026. ## What You Can Expect to Learn - System-on-chip product architecture - Test program development process using industry-standard Agile development methodologies - New product development processes ## Project Overview - Develop tools and applications to optimize test development and qualification activities for the next generation server microprocessors using cutting-edge AMD technology. - Work with the Enterprise test team on Automated Test Equipment (ATE) to develop automated tools that optimize test development and debug activities. ## Key Responsibilities - Develop automation tools to increase test development and debug efficiency. - Handle qualification and characterization activities, including data analysis, reject validation, and reporting. - Perform test program checkout and correlation. - Support test module owners in minor test program modifications and experiments. ## Who Are We Looking For - A self-driven individual with a willingness to learn, resourceful and passionate about technology. - Able to adapt to a highly collaborative environment; willing to work hard. ## Relevant Skillsets - Basic understanding of electronics and computing systems. - Basic ability to program in a Linux/Windows environment using programming/scripting languages (C++, Python, Java, Perl, Ruby). ## Academic Credentials - Background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science ## Note - Please ensure that you can provide a placement/support letter from your school covering the entire internship period. ## Applying to this role This Test Development, Qualification, and Optimization for Next Generation AMD Server Products Intern role at AMD runs through the firm's own careers portal and expects a CV and cover letter written specifically for the posting, not a portable submission carried across firms.
