## ECommerce Technical Support Engineer

Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for an **ECommerce Technical Support Engineer** to join our evolving Ecommerce team and help shape the future of global commerce.

## What you’ll own

### Product / Technical

  
- Provide technical support on Digital Commerce and Internet Payment Gateway.
  
- Facilitate client development testing by setting up sandbox accounts, providing technical documentation and sample code, and offering coding support. Guide clients during testing and pre-launch activities.
  
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to production merchants.

### Consulting / Process / People

  
- Manage communications and escalations with merchants, as well as with internal organizations within Global Payments.

## What you’ll bring

  
- Degree in IT or other related disciplines.
  
- 1 year of working experience (fresh graduates will also be considered) within merchant technical services or a technical support role.
  
- Understanding of web technologies, including the HTTP protocol and TCP/IP.
  
- Experience with mobile operating systems such as Android and iOS is a strong plus. Experience with relational databases is preferred.
  
- 
    Experience with web technologies, development languages, and environments, including one or more of the following:
    NodeJS, Java JSP, Ruby, Python, VB, .Net, MySQL, SQL Server, PHP, ASP, Windows Servers, Unix/Linux, XML, SOAP, REST.
    Ability to write scripts and use POSTMAN is a strong plus.
  

## It’s a bonus if you have

  
- Fluency (oral and written) in Chinese and English. Additional language(s) are highly valued.
  
- Ability to acquire payment gateway products and technical knowledge quickly.
  
- Adaptability to working in an MNC environment focused on Asia-Pacific.
