## Job Description

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development, and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

The intern will be responsible for:

  
- Compiling and analyzing portfolio and asset-related metrics
  
- Participating in asset performance monitoring and modelling to identify areas for improvement, where applicable presenting insights to senior management
  
- Supporting the asset management team in developing and implementing asset enhancement and divestment strategies
  
- Conducting research on education and local real estate markets, including transactions, trends, and competitor analysis
  
- Assisting in preparing internal presentations and reports for decision-making, and collating data for ESG-related requirements
  
- Performing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

## Learning Outcomes

  
- Learn how to implement asset management strategies and monitor fund/portfolio performance, conduct feasibility studies, and use analytics tools such as Power BI
  
- Improve analytical skills
  
- Improve communication skills through presentation (verbal and written)
  
- Understand the importance of ESG for fund management and what is important for GRESB submission
  
- Learn to be adaptable and work with different people within an organization

## Job Requirements

  
- Energetic and driven, with a strong interest in real estate investment
  
- Currently in 2nd or 3rd year of an undergraduate degree in accountancy, finance, economics, real estate, or another related subject. Master’s students may also apply
  
- Keen interest in real estate investment and willingness to learn
  
- Ability to work as a team player
  
- Strong Excel modelling and analysis skills
  
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  
- Good analytical skills (both quantitative and qualitative)
