## Job Description

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

The intern will be responsible for the following:

  
- Conduct market research and analysis
  
- Assist in the preparation of financial analysis, models, investment memoranda, and presentations
  
- Support the due diligence process
  
- Monitor the performance of existing investments
  
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams

## Learning Outcomes

  
- Gain a strong understanding of the data centre investment life cycle
  
- Understand the drivers for investment decisions by assisting with research and running feasibility analyses for deals

## Job Requirements

  
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  
- Relevant prior experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, and fundamental research (highly desirable)
  
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
- Interest in the data centre industry and technology trends
