## Job Responsibilities

  
- Assist the TS Manager with knowledge management, including updating databases for:
    

      
- Vendor lists
      
- Waivers submitted and obtained for A&A
      
- Cost database
    

  
  
- Support the day-to-day running of Asset Enhancement project management work (e.g., design management, procurement, construction, document management, defects management).
  
- Explore opportunities for automation and optimization using AI.
  
- Work with multiple stakeholders across the value chain and develop a deeper understanding of the real estate industry.
