## Job Description

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development, and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

The intern will support the Investment team at the Keppel Education Asset Fund (KEAF), including:

  
- Supporting the Investment team in preparing financial models, internal presentations, and papers for approvals; where applicable, presenting to senior management.
  
- Maintaining and updating the KEAF internal database and Power BI as part of day-to-day operations (prior Power BI knowledge not required).
  
- Providing support in asset management work and investors’ reporting.
  
- Assisting in collating data and submitting data for GRESB.

## Learning Outcomes

  
- Learn how to evaluate education-related deals (including analyzing operators) and student housing deals, conduct feasibility studies, and use analytics such as Power BI.
  
- Improve analytical and communication skills through both verbal and written presentations.
  
- Understand the importance of ESG for fund management and what is required for GRESB submissions.
  
- Develop adaptability and learn to work with different people within an organization.

## Job Requirements

  
- Energetic and driven, with a strong interest in real estate investment.
  
- Second- or third-year undergraduate studying toward a degree in accounting, finance, economics, real estate, or another related subject; master’s students may also apply.
  
- Keen interest in real estate investment and a willingness to learn.
  
- Ability to work effectively as a team player.
  
- Strong Excel modeling and analysis skills.
  
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  
- Strong analytical skills (quantitative and qualitative).
