## How You Succeed

To excel in this role, you will develop a deep understanding of OCBC’s sales operations and incentives structures. You will analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and work closely with stakeholders to design and implement data-driven sales strategies and incentives that drive business growth.

## What You Do

  
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  
- Calculate sales incentives for various Wealth & Retail banking roles across the division
  
- Develop and maintain sales performance metrics and dashboards to track progress
  
- Design and implement incentive structures that drive sales performance
  
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies
  
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  
- Document procedure changes to ensure audit compliance
  
- Assist with data massaging, data validation, and feature engineering for raw datasets
  
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (when required)

## Who You Are

  
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (Finance/Accountancy/Mathematics/Statistics/Economics)
  
- At least 1–3 years of experience in analytics/business management or a related field
  
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software
