## Oxford Properties Group — Summer Analyst (Investments)

Oxford Properties Group is seeking a **Summer Analyst** to join its **Investments Team** in the **New York office** for the summer of **2027** (targeting **June–August 2027**).

The Summer Analyst will assist senior team members in underwriting and closing new **equity/debt** transactions, and participate in real estate private equity transactions such as **platform/portfolio acquisitions**. This role provides broad exposure across asset classes in major U.S. markets and includes close collaboration with internal teams including **leasing, development, construction,** and **asset management**.

## Responsibilities

  
- Underwrite equity and debt investment opportunities across asset classes and capital structures.
  
- Prepare financial analyses, including cash flow projections, valuation and development models, sensitivity analyses, lease calculations, and budget analyses.
  
- Conduct market and property-level due diligence, including review of property-level financials, rent rolls, third-party reports, and preparation of sales/leasing comps.
  
- Participate in the valuation of Oxford’s existing equity/debt investments and support other ad-hoc asset management projects, such as analyzing new lease proposals, monitoring asset performance/loan activities, and assisting with potential disposition decision-making.
  
- Prepare presentations for Oxford’s investment committee and investment partners for the review/approval of new transaction opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  
- Assist in strategic planning processes, including research into new asset class/market expansions.
  
- **Summer Analyst Project:** Summer Analysts will choose a topic and/or investment opportunity to research, analyze, and present to the Investments Team for their final project.

## Qualifications

  
- A rising senior enrolled in an undergraduate degree program during the Summer of 2027, preferably majoring in Real Estate, Finance, or related fields.
  
- Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  
- Experience in commercial real estate is considered favorable.
  
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on writing and presentation skills.
  
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
  
- Willingness to be a team player and embrace a collaborative work environment.

## Work Authorization

Successful candidates must either possess the legal authorization to work in the desired location(s) or be willing to obtain the right to work independently.

## Compensation

The expected hourly range for this position is **$29.00–$43.00 per hour**.

You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to the Short-Term Incentive plan and the Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in group benefits and retirement plans.
