## Job Description

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future.

The intern will be responsible for:

  
- Supporting the Finance team in year-end audit activities, including drafting financial statements and collating documents/information for auditors.

## Learning Outcomes

  
- Develop a strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment evaluation.
  
- Gain practical experience in the end-to-end acquisition process.

## Job Requirements

  
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  
- Relevant prior experience in financial analysis, financial modelling, and fundamental research will be highly desirable.
  
- Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
