In Analytics and Insights (A&I), we combine human insights and analytics to directly influence business strategy, including product design, pricing, media investments, retail, and go-to-market strategy. We use curiosity to discover what consumers want, alongside an in-depth analytical approach, data deep dives, and predictive models to enable insights into how consumers, markets, and retailers behave. In this internship, you can expect a range of projects. You will dive into unstructured data sets, interpret data to derive insights, and leverage analytics to drive recommendations. You will also learn about consumer behaviors and their psychology, brought to life through powerful storytelling and consumer insights translated into winning ideas. You will advocate for both the consumer and the business data to drive meaningful business growth. Examples of projects and results that former interns have worked on: - Completed a full-scale consumer trends analysis on handwashing habits. - Developed a pricing strategy for power variants for detergents. - Analyzed retailer insights to conclude in-store drivers for share growth and decide on the sales strategy accordingly. - Delivered real business projects with meaningful impact for the business. Interns are considered the best pipeline of talent for permanent positions. ## Job Qualifications You are a good fit for this role if you: - Are working towards a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and graduating between December 2027 to July 2028. - Are studying Market Research, Consumer Behavior, Anthropology, Cognitive Psychology, Mathematics/Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or quantitative social sciences, and are in good academic standing. - Have strong analytical skills, using multiple data sources, with basic knowledge of data transformation programs. - Are a passionate, curious researcher with strong observational and analytical skills. - Have creativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through, strong written and verbal communication, and priority-setting skills. ## About Us We produce globally recognized brands and grow the best business leaders in the industry.
