As an intern in Human Resources, you will be responsible for leading organizations through assessment, design, transition, and work process improvements, or working directly with a function. This is not your typical HR role—you are empowered with truly meaningful projects to work on. You could be working on projects as a Business Unit HR, Function HR, Product Supply HR, or in Talent Practice, and taking on responsibilities that help you grow the business and the organization in APAC, Middle East, and Africa. Your projects will build deep understanding in areas such as employee engagement, benefits and compensation, employee and labor relations, recruiting, training and development, and more.
