## Job Description

  
- Process customers’ requests in the Card Services Customer Fulfillment function, e.g., cancellation of cards, replacement of cards, bill payment, and GIRO applications.
  
- Complete all requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
  
- Manage and resolve customers’ and business units’ feedback, complaints, and queries promptly.
  
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, risk controls, efficiency, and service quality in the team.
  
- Support digitization efforts driven by management and complete ad-hoc/admin tasks as assigned.

## Requirements

  
- Bachelor’s degree holder with 1 year of working experience in banking operations, payments, or cards functions.
  
- Good communication skills.
  
- Open to a 1-year contract.

## Additional Requirements

Develop, Engage, Execute, Role Type (GTO), Strategise, and Work Experience Level for GTO CWF.
