## What You’ll Do

As a Sales Development Representative at Docusign, you will qualify inbound leads by asking targeted questions to determine prospect needs and match them to opportunities for Account Executives. You will receive hands-on training focused on strategic selling and researching targeted accounts.

## Responsibilities

  
- Manage a high volume of inbound leads, determine propensity to buy, and forward strong leads to Sales Account Executives
  
- Share information about Docusign and ask questions about the prospect’s business intentions
  
- Schedule appointments between prospects and Account Executives
  
- Record prospect information in the CRM database

## Job Designation

Hybrid: You will divide your time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required, with a minimum of 2 days per week in-office (weekly expectation may vary by team).

## What You Bring

  
- Basic BA/BS degree or relevant tertiary qualification
  
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience
  
- Excellent communication skills
  
- Strong drive, resilience, and humility
  
- Inquisitive mindset with the ability to gather information and create an action plan
  
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, take initiative, and manage time effectively
