## Job Description

Branch Service Staff are responsible for performing daily branch operational activities, including Over-the-Counter (OTC) transactions, account on-boarding/servicing, and providing proper and timely solutions to clients and client referrals to business units for new services. The role also focuses on maintaining excellent customer relations within the branch.

Service Staff are expected to operate with the highest level of integrity, as the work involves high-risk instruments such as cash and controlled stocks. You will work alongside the Service Manager (SM) to manage branch risk, including transactional risks, on-boarding risks, and operational risks, in compliance with banking and regulatory guidelines.

The role also supports business growth by identifying and referring clients to relevant units for potential business opportunities, aligned with branch targets set by the Branch Manager (BM) and SM.

## Job Responsibilities

  
- Perform frontline duties during daily operations while adhering to regulatory requirements and bank processes at all times.
  
- Handle OTC transactions, including cash deposits/withdrawals, time deposit placements, and servicing of account on-boarding requests.
  
- Address any shortfall in branch customer feedback and report to the relevant unit for follow-up action.
  
- Meet customer service SLA guidelines to deliver a positive customer experience in the branch.
  
- Maintain and manage controlled items in care.
  
- Ensure the provision of good customer service for clients.

## Job Requirements

  
- Degree or diploma in a related field, preferably Banking, Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
  
- Less than 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably.
  
- Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
  
- Meticulous, logical, and attentive to details, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  
- A team player with a positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic with high integrity and ethics; self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and branch goals.
